About the Role

We are seeking a Copywriter with 5–6 years of experience in crafting high-impact marketing communication. This role goes beyond writing — it’s about creating stories, sharpening brand voice, and delivering copy that moves audiences to action across campaigns, social media, websites, videos, and offline brand touchpoints.


You will collaborate with design, brand, performance marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life. From taglines that stick to scripts that inspire — your words will shape how learners and partners perceive Imarticus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling, on-brand copy for campaigns, ads, landing pages, social media, emailers, scripts, and brand films.
  • Partner with designers, marketers, and video teams to deliver creative campaigns with sharp storytelling.
  • Brainstorm and execute concepts, taglines, and narratives for launches, events, and activations.
  • Adapt copy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, print, outdoor, etc.) while maintaining tone consistency.
  • Write scripts for promotional videos, testimonial edits, and thought-leadership content.
  • Edit and elevate existing communication to meet brand and creative standards.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with business goals while being youth-relevant, aspirational, and premium.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing team to create high-converting ad copy.
  • Work with brand team on campaign ideation, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring copy excellence.
  • Stay updated with trends in advertising, youth culture, and digital storytelling.


Requirements

  • 5–6 years of proven experience as a Copywriter in a creative agency or a fast- paced brand marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, ad copy, taglines, and brand storytelling (not just blogs).
  • Excellent command of English with a flair for short-form, persuasive, and impactful writing.
  • Ability to write across tones: witty, aspirational, authoritative, educational, and youthful.
  • Experience working on digital campaigns, social media, and video scripts.
  • Strong conceptual skills with the ability to translate brand strategy into creative messaging.
  • Attention to detail, speed, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus, but passion for advertising- style copy is a must.
