We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Content Writer to join our growing content department. This is a pivotal role for a wordsmith with a keen journalistic eye, ready to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, particularly Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). If you thrive on transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and impactful content and have a proven track record in the news media industry, we want to hear from you.

• Content Strategy & Creation:

  Develop and execute a robust content strategy aligned with Kenshi Labs Consultancy's business objectives and the launch of SME Junction.

• News-driven Storytelling:

  Research, write, and edit high-quality content including:

• Website content:

  Engaging copy for product pages, solutions, and company information.

• Blog posts & articles:

  In-depth pieces on industry trends, best practices, and thought leadership for rice millers and other SMEs.

• Case studies:

  Compelling narratives showcasing client success stories and the impact of our products.

• Whitepapers & e-books:

  Comprehensive guides and educational resources.

• Press releases & media kits:

  Professional communications for product launches and company news.

• Marketing collateral:

  Brochures, presentations, and sales enablement materials.

• Industry & Segment Focus:

  Produce specialized content that addresses the unique challenges and opportunities within the SME segment, with a particular emphasis on the manufacturing sector (e.g., rice milling, food processing).

• Research & Analysis:

  Conduct thorough research on industry topics, competitor activities, and target audience pain points to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and authoritative.

• SEO Optimization:

  Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well in search engine results.

• Editing & Proofreading:

  Ensure all content is grammatically correct, flows well, adheres to brand guidelines, and maintains a consistent tone and voice.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to understand content needs and integrate messaging across all channels.
• Develop thought leadership content to position SME Junction as a leading advocate for SME digital transformation and policy discussions.
• Work closely with marketing teams to create multimedia content, including scripts for video campaigns and press interview material.
• Include content performance KPIs linked to SME sign-ups and platform engagement.

• Experience:

  2-4 years of proven work experience in content writing, content development, or journalism.

• Industry Background (Mandatory):

  Prior experience in the

  news media industry

  (print, digital, broadcast) is essential, demonstrating strong research, interviewing, and rapid content production skills.

• Educational Background (Mandatory):

  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Media and Journalism

• English Literature (Hons.)

• Mass Communication

• Or any other related communicative field.

• SME Segment (Plus):

  Experience in writing content specifically for the

  Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment

  is a significant advantage. Familiarity with the manufacturing or agricultural sector is a bonus.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar and a sharp attention to detail.
• Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging language for a non-technical audience.

• Proficiency in SEO principles and content optimization tools.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to generating new content ideas.
