We’re Hiring: Senior Consultant – Operations Excellence
📍 Location: Pan India (Client Sites)🏢 Company: ZBT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. | Delhi/NCR💼 Position: Senior Consultant – Operations Excellence (Lead Consultant Role)👤 Experience:•10+ years of experience in management consulting / operations excellence•Proven exposure to leading multiple large-scale transformation projects💰 Compensation:•Salary up to ₹12 LPA•Additional Dearness Allowances:Housing allowance,Travelling allowance,Fooding allowance⏳ Notice Period:1 month (Immediate or short-joiner candidates preferred)🔑 Key Responsibilities:•Act as Lead Consultant for operations excellence and business transformation engagements•Lead and manage end-to-end consulting projects across client locations in India•Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain functions•Lead OEE, productivity, yield, cost, inventory, and process optimization projects•Conduct as-is value stream mapping (VSM) and design future-state processes•Apply all major Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, etc.)•Lead on-site implementation, change management, and performance tracking•Present insights, progress, and impact to senior client leadership•Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality project delivery📊 Project Experience Requirements:•Must have led 2–3 major consulting or transformation projects•Must have successfully completed at least 3 Lean / Six Sigma / Operations Excellence projects•Strong understanding of project management processes, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder management⚙️ Skills & Competencies:•Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence•Strong knowledge of Six Sigma tools and problem-solving frameworks•Excellent data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, MIS, ERP systems)•Strong presentation, communication, and client-handling capabilities•Hands-on approach with the ability to work at shop-floor and leadership levels•Willingness to travel extensively across Pan India client locations🎓 Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mandatory)•Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Highly Preferred)•MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Operations or Supply Chain (Preferred)📩 How to Apply:Share your updated CV via email or apply directly through LinkedIn.
