To understand client requirements to propose & deliver technical solutions.
1. To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP product s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.
3. To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements.
4. To participate in team meetings.
5. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.
SAP CDC (Gigya) Working experience in customer Identity Management Solutions like AKAMAI" "The SAP Gigya Consultant and Lead SME is responsible for implementing and managing SAP Customer Data Cloud solutions, ensuring smooth integration with SAP and third-party systems. This role involves leading projects, engaging with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs, and providing expert troubleshooting and support. Key responsibilities include documentation, knowledge transfer, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA to secure customer identity and data Experience in SAP CDC(Gigya) Experience in Migrating IAM solutions like Akamai to SAP CDC(Gigya). Experience in User and Consent Data Migration Good coordination with multiple stakeholders, vendors and service teams. The candidate should have good communication and inter-personal skills. "
