Senior Construction Manager

As a Senior Construction Manager at Olivia Projects, your role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within specified timeframes and budgets. You will be responsible for developing detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and work breakdown structures to ensure project adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control. - Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and work closely with finance and procurement teams to optimize resource utilization. - Implement strict quality control measures, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, and provide regular status reports to senior management. - Supervise and mentor junior engineers, site teams, and support staff to promote teamwork and continuous improvement within the construction team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office. - Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and safety regulations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
