Senior Construction Manager

Based in Chembur, we have completed more than 35 projects with more than 2.5 million sqft already constructed featuring from 1 to 5 BHKs with another 2.5 million sqft under construction at various states.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Manager Construction located in Mumbai. The Sr Manager Construction will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety, and controlling project timelines. Key responsibilities include supervising construction teams, developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring expenses, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations. You should have at least 15 yrs of total experience in real estate of which 10 yrs should be in residential construction in the metro city.

Qualifications

•            Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage construction teams

•            Experience in Budgeting to manage project finances efficiently

•            Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and regulations

•            Proven expertise in Construction and Project Control to deliver projects on time and within scope

•            Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

•            Excellent communication and leadership skills

•            Relevant professional certifications and a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred

•            Measure Project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

•            Report and escalate to management as needed

•            You will review and monitor projects on a daily basis to ensure schedule of all the deliverables, track inventory regularly, train and give feedback to construction workers and sub-contractors, ensure quality construction standards exist, proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, manage and mitigate risks and estimates remain within budget.

•            You will direct and oversee construction projects from start to end while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
