Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Kolkata. In this on-site role, the Senior Construction Manager will oversee and manage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets, monitoring project milestones, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project objectives effectively. This role demands strong leadership and project management expertise in the construction domain.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional activities effectively
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management to ensure projects are executed within approved resources
• Strong knowledge of Construction Safety and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Proficiency in Construction processes and Project Control to manage timelines and deliverables efficiently
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Past experience in leading large-scale projects in the construction or real estate sector is advantageous
