Senior Construction Manager

As an experienced candidate in the field of construction consultancy, your role will involve making decisive conclusions on the overall associated works of the project. This includes controlling any shortfall in design or cash flow. You will be responsible for appointing vendors, material, and manpower to ensure the project is completed within the designated time parameters, in favor of the project and all stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring projects to track cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance, and manpower planning. This is essential to ensure the timely execution of projects. - Controlling and supervising the functions of contractors involved in the project. - Overseeing and controlling aspects such as RCC, interior high-end finishes, MEP, handover procedures, and more. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 15 years of experience in high-rise projects. - Exposure to "AUTOMATIC CLIMBING SYSTEM" would be an added advantage.
