Monthly Revenue and Cost Projection update. Carrying out monthly Revenue and Cost Audit. Identifying the Plan Vs Actual variances with the reasons. Monthly updating the Project status. Updating the projections in SAP. Preparing the monthly Billing Plan as per the Contract and comparing it with actuals. Updating the Plan Values in SAP.
