Process Improvement Initiatives Develop and lead focused process improvement initiatives to ensure positive system hospital adoption of processes and products, demonstrating improved patient outcomes Educate the physicians, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and nursing staff in both OR and ICU settings on the clinical value of the technologies Provide in-theatre support and guidance during surgical procedures and bedside support in ICUs involving advanced hemodynamic monitoring for clinical decision-making Research data, partner with data experts, set strategy for key metrics, and present baseline and outcome findings to key stakeholders Ensure optimal technology adoption and improved patient outcomes through direct clinical engagement Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Building Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), department heads, and hospital administrators Act as a trusted advisor to hospitals, aligning clinical initiatives with institutional goals Support clinical evaluations, pilot programs, and feedback loops to continuously improve technology integration Strategic Collaboration Work cross-functionally within the organization to align clinical strategies with commercial objectives Partner with leadership to develop design strategies and drive utilization of multiple program initiations and development in large hospital systems Provide field insights to inform product development, market access, and educational content creation Manage and perform other incidental duties as assigned Adhere to all company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety rules This position requires extensive travel, approximately 8090% of the time, including extended assignments (up to 90 days) at hospitals across the country While we aim to keep assignments regional, candidates must be prepared for frequent overnight travel, schedule changes, and extended time away from home Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related clinical field Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical support role, preferably in critical care, anesthesia, or surgical environments of large clinical organizations required Experience with quality performance, clinical process design, and/or sophisticated clinical pathways preferred Experience managing large clinical staff preferred Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and patient management pathways Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively across the country Additional Competencies Clinical credibility and confidence in high-pressure environments Passion for education and improving patient outcomes Strategic thinking with a collaborative mindset Adaptability to diverse hospital settings and clinician needs Excellent facilitation, project management and MS Office Suite skills Proven expertise in written and verbal communication, interpersonal relationships, consultative abilities, influencing, and relationship management Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills Extensive understanding of creating, implementing, and managing hospital protocols, quality systems, current clinical research, and governmental policies and regulations Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and strict attention to detail Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a team environment, including serving as a consultant to management Required Skills Optional Skills Primary Work Location IND Gurgaon Signature Towers B Additional Locations IND Chennai Chennai CSP, IND Mumbai CHub Town Solaris Work Shift
