Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Sector Expert with strong Architectural Consultancy experience, particularly in Healthcare and Medical Department projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and executing healthcare infrastructure projects in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• • Provide infrastructure and architectural consultancy for healthcare and medical projects (hospitals, medical colleges, health centers, laboratories, etc.)
• • Prepare and review architectural layouts, master plans, and detailed project reports (DPRs)
• • Ensure compliance with healthcare norms, medical standards, NABH/NBC guidelines, and local authority regulations
• • Coordinate with medical departments, government bodies, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• • Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• • Evaluate infrastructure requirements related to medical equipment, patient flow, safety, and functionality
• • Assist in tender documentation, BOQs, cost estimation, and technical evaluations
• • Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance and solutions
• • Support agreement finalization and project-related documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

• • Strong knowledge of infrastructure development in the healthcare sector
• • Expertise in hospital architecture and medical facility planning
• • Experience working with government / PSU / private healthcare projects
• • Good understanding of agreements, contracts, and project approvals
• • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other design/project tools
• • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

• • Experience in at least 2 major healthcare infrastructure projects
• • Prior experience with health departments, medical colleges, or hospital authorities
• • Exposure to public health infrastructure projects will be an added advantage
