Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of Labour Management, site operations, field operations and over all inhouse operations.

- Ensure efficient coordination between Site operations and Clients to optimize productivity.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or concerns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.

- Maintain and update documentation related to operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in B.tech-Civil can apply.

- MBA in Operations Management or a related field.

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
