Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer to oversee, monitor, and execute civil construction activities on-site. The role involves supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all civil construction activities at the project site.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, site staff, and labor workforce.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients.
• Handle site inspections, quality checks, and approval of materials.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure proper resource planning (manpower, materials, equipment).
• Maintain documentation, records, and compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering works (structural, finishing, infrastructure).
• Expertise in project execution and site management.
• Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and contracts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 6–12 years of experience in site execution and supervision of civil projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
• Proven track record of handling medium to large-scale projects.

Pay: ₹24,053.36 - ₹63,685.59 per month
