Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Undertake the following tasks:

Screening CVs of job applicants (
Chartered Accountants and other professionals
) received by e-mail and shortlisting candidates;
Interviewing / Coordinating by 'phone /e-mail with the candidates;
Coordinating by 'phone /e-mail with the employer companies that have retained us to schedule interviews and obtaining feedback.

Based on performance, you could move to a role where you supervise the above-mentioned tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

You should be a Senior Citizen with post qualification experience as a professional;
You should have good communication skills, reasoning ability, and persistence;
You should not be engaged in any other part-time recruitment work or any other full-time employment.
We would expect you to work with us as a partner in the spirit of entrepreneurship rather than that of an employee.
