About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct comprehensive energy audits in buildings, large industries, and SMEs in line with regulatory and international best practices.

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers during field audits, data collection, and analysis.

• Develop Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), technical recommendations, and financial models for the implementation of identified energy efficiency measures.

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of audit projects.

• Identify opportunities for energy savings, process optimisationn, and renewable energy integration.

• Ensure compliance with BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency) and other applicable standards.

• Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and processes for audits and reporting.

• Support business development activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documents. Required Qualifications:

• Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) by BEE (India) – mandatory.

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in energy audits for industries and buildings.

• Strong knowledge of energy systems (HVAC, electrical, thermal, process industries, renewables, etc.).

• Proven expertise in developing DPRs, techno-economic analysis, and financial models for EE projects.

• Excellent leadership, project management, and team mentoring skills.

• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, MS Excel, and energy audit instrumentation.
