Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in leading end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, and a proven track record of scaling both D2C and B2B brands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Alignment & Planning:

  • Work closely with clients to understand business goals and translate them into actionable media plans.
  • Conduct in-depth 

    competitor analysis

     and market research to define positioning and opportunities.
  • Develop campaign KPIs in alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Build comprehensive digital strategies across 

    Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok

    , and more.
  • Implement, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns to meet performance goals (ROAS, CPL, CAC, etc.).
  • Lead strategies for 

    Shopping Ads

    PMax

    , and 

    lead-gen funnels

     for both D2C and B2B verticals.
  • Automation & Tools:

  • Leverage marketing automation tools like 

    Pabbly, Zapier

    , and CRM integrations to improve workflow efficiency and lead management.
  • Create automation sequences for lead routing, notifications, and data syncing across platforms.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Create detailed campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations for future actions.
  • Use data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and highlight wins or optimization opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work cross-functionally with design, content, sales, and tech teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Maintain strong client communication loops with regular updates, reviews, and strategic guidance.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation:

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, ad policies, and industry shifts.
  • Experiment with new ad formats, audience strategies, and testing methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across 

    Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

    .
  • Strong understanding of 

    Shopping Ads, PMax campaigns

    , and eCommerce performance marketing.
  • Experience working with 

    both D2C and B2B

     brands at scale.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools like 

    Pabbly, Zapier

    , and basic knowledge of CRMs.
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. (Preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Experience with funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or GA4.
