Position Overview : We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building social media pages from scratch and creating viral, high-impact content . This role requires a deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok by tailoring content strategies to each platform. Create and schedule engaging multimedia content (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.) optimized for each platform’s algorithm. Develop viral content concepts to boost reach and engagement, leveraging trending formats and innovative storytelling. Demonstrate past success by sharing social media accounts previously managed and highlighting growth metrics. Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify reach and credibility. Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal brand community. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective. Generate detailed performance reports and recommend data-backed optimizations.
