UMM Digital is seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in marketing and selling mobile apps and custom software development projects. The ideal candidate will have successfully closed $1M+ annual deals, generated qualified leads, and built long-term client relationships in digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business for mobile app development, custom software, and digital transformation projects.
• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels, nurturing them into opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and close high-value deals ($1M+ annually).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
• Develop tailored proposals, pitch decks, and sales strategies for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging tech opportunities.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven success in business development and 

  lead generation

   for Digital & IT/software services.
• Demonstrated ability to close $1M+ annual projects.
• Strong network and experience in enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of SDLC, mobile app ecosystems, and digital transformation.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• 4+ years of experience in the relevant industry.
