Senior Business Operations Manager

Our client is a comprehensive repair and maintenance solutions provider, specializing in turnkey project execution for corporate clients across India. They offer a wide range of services including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting tailored to meet the unique needs of modern corporate infrastructure. With a proactive maintenance approach, we detect and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring seamless operations.

  Oversee daily business operations and ensure all compliance requirements are met.



• 
  

  Ensure timely preparation and delivery of MIS to field teams, track their responses, and follow up where necessary.



• 
  

  Coordinate effectively between business teams, field teams, and support functions to maintain seamless operations. Ensure fiscal discipline by complying to all audit points.



• 
  

  Handle client issues and escalations promptly, ensuring satisfactory closures. Act as a single point of contact to handle all Clients grievances, escalations etc in proactive manner.



• 
  

  Drive C-Sate scores across all territories across all clients.



• 
  

  Lead and drive improvement projects in coordination with Finance, IT, and other departments. Look after various compliances and initiate timely actions.



• 
  

  Generate intelligent business MIS to support strategic decision-making.



• 
  

  Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 30+ employees towards achieving organizational goals.

  Qualification & Experience :

  Should be graduate preferably MBA(Although not mandatory) with relevant experience of 8 to 1o years. Must be proficient in MS Office,mails and tech sway .
