Job Description

we're looking for a Senior Business Operations Associate (HubSpot Administrator) to join our Business Operations team and own our GTM systems stack - with HubSpot at the core.

you'll be the go-to person for HubSpot administration, sales tools, workflow automations, and data integrity across Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams. The role is highly cross-functional, combining hands-on execution with process optimization to ensure seamless lead flow, pipeline accuracy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
    • HubSpot Administration GTM Operations

    • Create and manage HubSpot workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Account Management, ensuring accurate lead routing, scoring, and attribution.
    • Implement systems to track and optimize sales rep efficiency, inbound/outbound lead processes, account mapping, and deal stages.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain CRM data hygiene, contact enrichment, and alignment between Marketing, Sales, and AM teams.
    • Monitor workflows, notifications, and triggers to ensure processes run smoothly; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively.
    • Build dashboards to track funnel health, key trends, and performance metrics for leadership visibility.

    • Integrations Continuous Improvement

    • Administer and maintain integrations with tools like Zapier, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and improve GTM process efficiency.
What are we looking for
    • 3-5 years in Sales Operations / Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales and Marketing workflows, dashboards, automation).
    • Ability to critically and analytically think through L2 /L3 effects of key processes such as lead routing and territory implementation.
    • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, and Operations teams.
    • Experience with workflow automation and CRM integrations (Zapier, APIs preferred).
Bonus Points
    • Experience managing Marketplace operations (AWS, GCP) and deal creation/renewals.
    • Early-stage or high-growth SaaS experience.
    • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Apollo, Lusha or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Exposure to forecasting, pipeline metrics, and operational reporting.nan
