Senior Business Head

Role Overview:

As the Business Head at ePROTECT 360 Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading and scaling the company’s cybersecurity, GRC, ISO compliance, and managed security services (MSSP) operations. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong technical expertise, team leadership, P&L management, and the ability to drive cross-functional business initiatives across consulting, technology, and service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the business strategy for cybersecurity, audit, consulting, and MSSP verticals. 
• Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Technical, Compliance) toward revenue and operational goals. 
• Develop and grow alliances with OEMs (e.g., Seceon, NQA, IRCLASS, etc.) 
• Oversee delivery excellence across ISO (27001/22301/9001/9120), DPDP, UIDAI, and SOC consulting. 
• Drive commercial success through new client acquisition, key account management, and solution development. 
• Own the P&L; drive profitability through cost optimization, pricing, and scalable service models. 
• Ensure regulatory alignment, client satisfaction, and service-level governance. 
• Represent the brand in client meetings, conferences, and industry forums. 

Required Skill Set:

• Proven track record of leading and growing cybersecurity/compliance consulting businesses 
• Strong technical understanding of: 
• ISO 27001/27701/22301/42001, AS9100/9120, HIPAA, DPDP, UIDAI 
• GRC tools and automation platforms 
• SOC, SIEM (esp. Seceon), MDR/XDR models 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills 
• Ability to lead complex multi-year client engagements and RFPs 
• Analytical mindset, strategic thinker, and revenue driver 

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Security (preferred) 
• MBA or equivalent experience in strategic leadership 
• Certifications such as ISO LA (27001, 22301), CISA/CISM, CISSP (preferred) 
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in: 
• GRC Consulting / Cybersecurity Services / ISO Audits / Risk Advisory 
• At least 5 years in P&L or leadership role with team responsibility 

LOCATION - PAN INDIA (MAHARASHTRA CANDIDATE PREFFERED)
