Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the technology or SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. • Understand client needs and propose appropriate tech-based solutions and services. • Schedule and conduct meetings or demos with potential clients. • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and opportunity data. • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pricing structures. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients. • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, and product) to ensure successful delivery. • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments. • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
