Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting efforts into complex enterprise accounts, engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior BDRs, sharing best practices in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels, creating and nurturing long-term opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align outreach strategy with territory goals.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions and market insights.
• Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.

Job requirements

• 47 years of B2B inside sales/lead generation experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Prior experience guiding or mentoring junior sales team members preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive conversations with senior decision makers.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Outreach).
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
