Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, executing inside sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, engaging with clients to understand their needs, creating tailored solutions, and securing new partnerships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and target potential clients.
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development roles within a relevant industry.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and craft tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required.
