Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager, Area Manager, Regonal Manager for Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh, Dehradun, East-Kolkatta/Ranchi/Chattisgarh/Bhubaneshwar.

The Senior Business Development Manager, Area Manager, Regonal Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client and OEM / Partner relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve company growth objectives. They will also manage contract negotiations, collaborate with internal teams, and stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions. The role demands proactive engagement with clients and partners to drive revenue growth and enhance VCARE’s market presence.


The selected candidatae must have strong relations with the clients in the local market, must be result-oriented and stable in an organization for at least the last three years, and must have achieved a sales target of INR 15-20 Cr annually in the last three years.


Note:

We also need a senior business development manager in Singapore, Dubai, the USA, or Australia who must be locally present with a valid visa and have at least 7 years of experience in a similar field (IT product sales and marketing), must have strong relations with the clients in the local market, must be result-oriented and stable in an organization for at least the last three years, and must have achieved a sales target of two US$ million annually in the last three years.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 7-10 years in Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Strategic Planning
  • MBA with BTech or MBA sales and marketing
  • The candidate must be from IT Industry- System Integration family
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Market Trend and Analysis
  • Strong skills in OEM relationships and Management, Negotiation,
  • Ability to create and implement Business Growth Strategies
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Software Solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is highly desirable
