Position Summary

We are looking for a senior Business Development Manager with strong expertise in IT Services sales, including OEM-led solutions, Cloud Services, and ERP implementations. The role requires a strategic sales professional capable of driving new business, managing OEM alliances, and closing complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for IT Services, Cloud offerings, ERP solutions, and OEM-based solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients. Especially focused on Indian State and central govt, PSU, Consulting firms like MS and Local Captive experience.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with OEM partners (Cloud providers, ERP vendors, technology partners).
  • Work closely with OEMs on joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling, and partner-led opportunities.
  • Lead solution selling for Cloud Migration, Cloud Managed Services, ERP Implementation, Customization, and Support.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and requirement discovery to proposal, including drafting technical solutions, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design winning technical and commercial proposals.
  • Handle RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with strong commercial and solution alignment.
  • Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving technologies.
  • Represent the organization at partner events, client meetings, and industry forums.
  • Flexibility to travel across India.

Required Skills

Proven experience in IT Services sales, with exposure to:

OEM-based selling

Cloud Services (AWS / Azure / GCP or equivalent)

ERP Solutions (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar)

Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approach.

Experience managing large, complex, and high-value enterprise deals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and business stakeholders.

Strong partner management and alliance-building capabilities.

Strategic mindset with strong execution focus.

Educational Qualification

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

Technical understanding of IT, Cloud, or ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
