Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in the EdTech, healthcare, or life sciences sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at events, seminars, and meetings.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Life Sciences/Pharma preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in B2C sales or business development.
• Prior experience in EdTech or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary up to ₹9.5 LPA (based on experience) + incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
