Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development professional to lead strategic growth initiatives for our Project Management Services in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, deep market knowledge, and strong client engagement capabilities, particularly within the occupier, data center, industrial, and warehousing segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Market Research & Strategic Analysis

- Leverage strong local market connections to generate leads and insights.

Sales & Marketing Initiatives

- Negotiate and close deals effectively.

- Maintain a strong grip on local construction rates and trends.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with design and planning teams for seamless project execution.

Performance Monitoring & Escalation Management

- Drive sales follow-up activities and proactively manage uncertainties.

Leadership & Team Management

- Promote a collaborative and entrepreneurial work culture.

Candidate Specifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 12+ years of overall experience.
  • Strong exposure to the Hyderabad market, especially in occupier, data center, industrial, and warehouse segments.

Qualifications:

  • BE / B.Arch. / MBA (Technical qualifications preferred).
  • Postgraduate specialization is an advantage but not mandatory.

Industry Background:

  • Preferably from IPCs .
  • Alternatively, should have held a senior BD role in a product-based industry for at least 3 years.

Functional Skills:

  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills, especially with CxO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage escalations.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead large teams and drive business outcomes.
