We are a fast-growing SaaS company expanding into the US market and seeking a driven Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate our growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution — ideal for a competitive and results-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital campaignsBuild, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule demos and ensure smooth client handoffsMeet and exceed monthly lead generation & conversion targetsTrack outreach KPIs and optimize campaigns for improved efficiency

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or sales — preferably targeting the US market
Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation and follow-up skillsSelf-starter mindset — proactive, accountable, and capable of working independentlyFamiliarity with the US B2B sales landscape will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
