Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – US IT Recruitment Location: Tiruchirappalli (Onsite) Work Hours: US Time Zones (EST) Experience Level: 1–2 years (preferred) Industry: IT Services / Staffing & Recruitment Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our US IT Recruitment team. This role focuses on identifying and sourcing potential clients and candidates for IT staffing opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead research, cold outreach, and building databases for recruitment and business development teams. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients (direct and MSPs/VMS) and IT candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms. Generate qualified leads and maintain a high-volume pipeline of prospects. Work closely with the US IT recruitment and BD teams to understand client needs and talent requirements. Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations with clients and candidates. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and communications in CRM or ATS systems. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to improve lead generation strategies. Pre-screen candidates based on skill set, experience, and location. Schedule meetings between interested clients/candidates and recruitment managers. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in lead generation , preferably in US IT staffing/recruitment . Understanding of IT technologies , job titles, and US recruitment/staffing terminologies. Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Dice, Monster, Bullhorn, etc. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. Comfortable working in US time zones . Preferred Skills: Experience working with CRM/ATS systems . Prior exposure to cold calling/email marketing campaigns.
