Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunity
• Building business relationship with current and potential clients
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow contacts
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into clients
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns and objectives
• Research and develop a thorough understanding of the Company's people and capabilities
• Understand the Company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the Company's performance
• Business Intelligence - Knowing all about your business services and products and everything about your competition, which will provide the leverage needed to surpass the competitor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month

• Do you have 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation in the IT/Software industry?
• Are you comfortable with daily client communication, follow-up calls, and converting prospects into clients?
• Have you previously worked with CRM tools or maintained a database of leads and prospects?
• Can you work from the office in Virar or Borivali, Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM?
