Blufig is a full-service B2B marketing agency helping global B2B tech brands accelerate their digital growth. With 130+ brands served, we deliver impactful digital marketing, content, design, and demand generation solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing client portfolio.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients for Blufig. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline through research, outreach, and engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Conduct market and industry research to identify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Segment leads based on industry, geography, and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

Outbound Engagement

  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Write effective outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Follow up with prospects to build interest and qualify leads.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Conduct initial qualification calls/email exchanges to understand prospect needs.
  • Identify high-quality opportunities and pass them to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track daily outreach activities and report KPIs such as response rates, SQLs, MQLs, etc.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to refine messaging.
  • Provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • 13 years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR/BDR role, or similar functions.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly targets.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B Marketing or SaaS sector.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and demand generation.
  • Ability to write engaging outreach content.
