Lead Generation – Social Media Intern

About the Role

Responsibilities include creating clear, engaging social media posts about open jobs and hiring requirements to attract relevant candidates and leads.

Responsibilities

• Research roles to be hired (skills, responsibilities, keywords, salary range, locations) using job portals, LinkedIn and company websites.
• Build and update lead lists (candidates or client decision-makers) from social media and other online sources in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Draft and send structured cold emails to generated leads and track opens, replies, and conversions.
• Attend real-time online training sessions and complete assignment-based tasks within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Students / freshers interested in marketing, recruitment, HR, or B2B lead generation.

Required Skills

• Strong written English and basic copywriting skills for social media posts and cold emails.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, other social platforms, Google Sheets/Excel, and email tools.
• Must have a personal laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection suitable for video calls, research, and emailing.
• Available for the full 30 calendar days and able to meet daily/weekly activity targets.

Preferred Skills

• Ready to give 4-5 Hours a day.
