                                As a Team Lead for Graphic Design/Motion Graphics at Blufig, a full-service B2B marketing agency, your role will involve driving the visual strategy and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns for B2B tech brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging visuals tailored to B2B audiences in industries such as SaaS, IT, manufacturing, fintech, and professional services.  **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage a team of graphic and motion designers, ensuring high standards of visual output and timely delivery. - Create and oversee the production of various B2B marketing collaterals including whitepapers, infographics, social media creatives, landing pages, case studies, eBooks, and pitch decks. - Design and edit compelling video content such as explainer videos, animated shorts, client testimonials, and campaign videos for digital distribution. - Collaborate closely with content strategists, copywriters, and account managers to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns. - Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all client projects. - Contribute to client presentations and support business development by producing pitch assets and visual mockups. - Stay updated with design and video trends relevant to the B2B space and proactively bring new ideas to the table. - Leverage AI tools to produce high-quality design and video assets. - Participate in client meetings, understanding project requirements from a design and editing perspective. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high production quality.  **Requirements:** - 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role at a marketing agency. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in B2B visual design and video/motion work. - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and video editing tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar. - Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design systems. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Ability to think strategically and creatively within the unique constraints of B2B marketing.  **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in B2B industries such as SaaS, tech, or enterprise services. - Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or Lottie. - Exposure to designing for performance marketing, paid media, or ABM campaigns. - Understanding of UI/UX principles.
