Graphic Design Manager

Role Overview: As a Graphic Design Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure brand consistency by adhering to visual guidelines across all digital, print, and multimedia materials. You will lead the development of key branding elements for major campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor junior and mid-level designers, coordinate projects with internal teams, and maintain quality assurance standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with 1-2 years in a leadership or management role. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). - Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, visual creation, and motion graphic design. - Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is advantageous. - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. - Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.,
