Graphic Design Manager

About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Design Manager to lead our design team and drive creative excellence across all brand and marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the design team to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Oversee brand consistency across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams on creative strategy.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and campaign work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)
