Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Design Manager located in Chennai. The Graphic Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation and development of visual content, including graphics, packaging design, branding, and visual communication materials. Day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of designers, setting design project timelines, collaborating with other departments to create cohesive design strategies, and ensuring all visual content meets high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Visual Communication skills
• Experience in Packaging Design and Branding
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Experience in the commercial manufacturing industry is a plus
