Graphic Design Manager

Job Summary

Owns the visual language that sells and sticks - ads that convert, carousels people save, and event visuals that travel. You’ll lead designers to deliver consistent, high-impact assets across B2B + B2C, switching styles and formats to suit different sectors and channels. The goal: support Growth with creative that’s beautiful and moves the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve brand design guidelines.
• Review and approve designers’ work across campaigns.
• Collaborate with Copy and Video Leads for integrated creative assets.
• Support Growth teams with ads, banners, and landing page creatives.
• Ensure consistency across all platforms (social, web, events).
• Build templates for common asset formats to scale output.
• Experiment with new design styles, trends, and innovations.
• Introduce AI tools for ideation, resizing, and automation.
• Maintain an asset library accessible to all teams.
• Provide quarterly design quality and innovation reviews.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in design leadership for performance + brand.
• Portfolio that shows conversion-conscious aesthetics.
• Strong feedback culture; systematic about templates and reuse.
• Proficient in Figma/Adobe + AI design helpers.
• Degree/Diploma in Design/Visual Communication.
