As a Motion Graphics Designer at Blufig, your responsibilities will include creating captivating videos and motion graphics that embody the essence of our clients" identities across various products and marketing touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with designers to shape the brand evolution using a motion-first approach. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing a cohesive PPT design system language for multiple stakeholders and crafting video & PPT templates for mass production. In this role, you will engage with client contacts, understand their briefs, make design decisions, and efficiently manage project resources to ensure successful project delivery. We expect you to demonstrate a proactive mindset by handling job responsibilities independently and acting as a mentor for the team. You will work closely with Team Leads and Project Managers to drive projects forward. An understanding of basic UI/UX concepts would be advantageous. Requirements: - 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics - Strong show-reel showcasing motion portfolio - Ability to independently manage end-to-end production - Knowledge and interest in the B2B sector is preferred - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and other animation/video authoring tools - Eagerness to explore other design systems is a plus - Experience with sound design and audio production - Fluency in English/Hindi is required Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Comprehensive health insurance coverage - 5-day work week If you are a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for motion graphics, we would love to have you on board at Blufig.
