The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the BDE team, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership abilities, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics. Job Summary Team Coordination, Strategic Planning & Sales Leadership. Lead and mentor the BDE team to ensure productivity and goal alignment. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Establish and nurture high-value relationships with clients and franchises. Drive the team towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities and Duties Guide and support the BDE team in managing leads and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement innovative sales campaigns. Train and onboard new team members in alignment with company processes. Track team performance, analyze data, and present regular reports to management. Actively contribute to strategic decisions and market expansion plans.
