Job Description: Business Development Executive We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead growth initiatives with a strong focus on consulting services sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in business development. This role also involves supporting collateral development and client outreach efforts. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets for consulting services Conduct cold reach-outs via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads. Develop and maintain high-impact presentations, pitch decks, brochures and case studies that showcase firm capabilities and past successes. Manage the full business development lifecycle—from prospecting to proposal submission, follow-ups, and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Partners, etc.). Conduct market and competitor research to sharpen positioning and outreach strategy. Maintain accurate records of pipeline, client interactions, and outreach efforts in the CRM system. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, consulting service sales, or client-facing roles. Proven ability to craft compelling proposals and pitch consulting value propositions effectively. Experience in international B2B sales preferred Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools . Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously Exposure to international markets and understanding of global consulting trends is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Experience: IT: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
