Senior Business Development Executive

• Identify and target potential clients (clinics, doctors, hospitals, corporates, etc.) to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Promote diagnostic packages, wellness camps, and other health-related services to corporate clients and individuals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Marketing Activities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, awareness drives, health checkup camps, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies/vendors for promotional materials, digital campaigns, and branding.
• Assist in creating brochures, flyers, digital creatives, and content for social media.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients, doctors, and referral partners.
• Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor client feedback and recommend improvements in service delivery.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain sales data, prepare reports, and submit daily/weekly updates to the reporting manager.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing to support strategic decisions.

Team Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (lab, operations, finance, front office) to ensure timely service delivery.
• Support junior team members in lead generation and field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
