About the Role

We’re looking for a sales-driven and target-oriented professional who understands the influencer marketing ecosystem and knows how to bring clients onboard.

This role is pure business development and client acquisition — not a marketing execution role. You’ll be responsible for pitching influencer marketing solutions, closing deals, and driving revenue growth for the company. If you have experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing sales, enjoy networking with brands and agencies, and have a proven knack for converting leads into business — we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and convert brands, agencies, and partners into paying clients.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends and find new opportunities in influencer marketing.
• Sales Pitching: Present customized influencer marketing solutions to potential clients.
• Deal Negotiation: Drive contract closures aligned with company goals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding and campaign delivery.
• Reporting: Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking, and business forecasts for management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing sales (agency background preferred).
• Proven track record of lead generation and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of how influencer marketing campaigns function.
• Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setup.
