Job Details: Industry Preferred: Marketing Services Employment Type: Full-time (6-month probation) Budget: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month Working Days: 6 days a week Equipment: Must have own laptop Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads and potential clients for the company. Conduct market research to find potential clients and new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate and secure deals with clients to meet revenue targets. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. Handle client inquiries, offering solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Report on sales activities, progress, and potential forecasts to the management team. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or working at an agency. Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have a personal laptop for work. Ability to work 6 days a week.
