Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) in a coworking space drives membership growth by finding new clients (companies/freelancers) for hot desks, private offices, and meeting rooms, focusing on local B2B sales, building broker networks, pitching space benefits (flexibility, amenities), managing the sales cycle from lead to closure, and ensuring high occupancy through strong relationship building and market analysis. They act as a growth driver, distinct from operations, by generating revenue through strategic outreach, event hosting, and leveraging the vibrant community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify & prospect for new members (companies, teams, individuals) via calls, emails, networking, and broker outreach.
  • Pitching & Negotiation: Present coworking solutions (hot desks, dedicated desks, offices, events) and negotiate contracts to meet occupancy targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong ties with existing members, local businesses, real estate brokers, and community influencers.
  • Market Analysis: Understand local market trends, competitor offerings, and business needs to tailor sales strategies.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Develop growth plans, manage sales pipelines, track performance, and report to management.
  • Community Engagement: Host events (lunch & learns, happy hours) to attract new leads and foster member retention.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales/BD experience, ideally in real estate, office space, or B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and excellent relationship builder.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Understanding of commercial leasing/real estate market.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Outbound calls to potential corporate clients.
  • Meeting brokers to expand network.
  • Giving tours to prospective members.
  • Preparing proposals and contracts.
  • Attending local business events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
