Graficali is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our reach in custom software development and IT consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT solutions, a knack for identifying opportunities, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities in IT consulting and software development
(web, mobile, and desktop). Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for industries like retail, healthcare, manufacturing and Logistics. Lead client engagements, manage key accounts, and close deals to meet revenue goals. Analyze market trends to expand Graficalis reach and offerings. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in business development for IT services or software outsourcing. Proven ability to sell technical solutions like web apps, mobile apps, and custom software projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Familiarity with software development lifecycles and SMB-focused solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
