🧾 About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and relationship management.

You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in both domestic and international markets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound strategies (LinkedIn, email)
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle: proposal creation, negotiations, and closing deals
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, delivery) for project execution

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 4 year of experience in IT services or B2B sales (end-to-end sales cycle experience is a must)
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
