Role Description: -

As a senior business development executive at 30 Sundays, you will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable travel experiences for our guests.

Your primary duties will include: -

• Engaging with clients to understand their travel desires and preferences.
• Curating bespoke itineraries and recommending the best destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Addressing customer enquiries through various channels and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
• Staying current with industry trends and destination information to offer expert advice.
• Fostering lasting client relationships and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Sales/ Business Development role in a travel company
• 1-4 years of experience
• Hungry to learn & grow
