Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive, based in Ernakulam. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth. Key tasks include creating and implementing business development strategies, conducting market research, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, and managing client accounts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be essential to achieve company goals and ensure customer success. Qualifications Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to effectively identify and pursue growth opportunities Strong skills in Business and Account Management to build and maintain client relationships, monitor performance, and achieve client satisfaction Excellent Communication skills for presenting ideas, negotiating, and collaborating across teams and with clients Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business software is an advantage Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets Proven experience in digital marketing or business management is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
