Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through direct selling, cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Present and demonstrate IT products, solutions, and services to prospective customers.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote company offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in IT products, software, or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions (e.g., software, hardware, cloud services, networking, or managed IT services).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
